How do I request my official Evidentia University transcript?

If you have graduated or are a current student at Evidentia University you can request your official transcript through email to:

What's the difference between official and unofficial transcripts?

Generally requested from the registrar’s office of the institution you previously attended Any transcript that has been received or opened by you or anyone else before being forwarded to Evidentia.
Sent to Evidentia University directly from the institution, either electronically or by mail. Must include the name of the institution previously attended, student name, grades earned, credits earned, degree earned (if applicable), course names/numbers, and dates of attendance
Used for registration and financial aid purposes (if eligible). Used for review purposes only (e.g., application, transfer of credit)
Required within 30 days of admission

Will I need to submit transcripts for all the schools I’ve attended?

For admission purpose.

To submit your application, Evidentia requires either an unofficial or official transcript from the institution where you earned your highest level of education.

If you studied in the US, to start the admission evaluation immediately, we recommend you first submit an unofficial transcript, which will be used for application review only. You are still required to submit an official transcript within 30 days of being admitted. If you use electronic delivery it usually takes 1-2 days.

If you didn’t study in the US, an unofficial transcript (a copy by email) is enough because Span-Tran will contact with the university who issued it to check this document.

For transfer-of-credits

For applicants looking to transfer credits into Evidentia, we offer a preliminary transfer-of-credit evaluation. For this evaluation, you will need to submit transcripts from all institutions attended, even if you did not earn a degree. For transfer-of-credit evaluations, Evidentia can use unofficial transcripts for review purposes. You are still required to submit an official transcript within 30 days of being admitted.
