Description:

In this course the student will understand the importance of alternative methods for the treatment of conflicts and their application in companies and organizations, with special emphasis on mediation as an easy-to-use instrument, where a third party outside the conflict, but part of the organization itself, intervenes to improve communication between the parties in conflict and integrate scenarios and alternatives that overcome difficulties and optimize the use of business resources.

  • Know how to use different negotiation tools.
  • Apply persuasion and influence techniques to mediate.

How it works

The student will have a series of video classes where different teachers offer the content of the course. In addition, there will be a series of study and complementary materials for a complete learning.

The student must complete a series of self-assessment questionnaires to evaluate the learning of it.

If the student needs help, she will have the support of a personalized tutor who will solve any question related to learning or the development of the course.

Requirements to Pass the course

To succesfully pass the course, students are required to achieve the following minimum requirements:

  • All questionnaires must be passed.
    (Questionnaires represent 50% of the final score).
  • Final Activity must be passed.
    (Final activity represent 50% of the final score).
  • Final score must be 7/10 (or highter) to get the Certificate of Completion.
