Currently dedicated to the practical application of Behavioral Economics, especially in the financial and insurance sector as founder of BEruns.
He’s a member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists (GAABS), of the Scientific Society of Behavioral Economics, of the Observatory of European Systems of Supplementary Welfare Systems, of the Scientific Committee of the Workshop Pensions and Insurance, the latter two of the University of Barcelona, and of the Board of Catalonia of the Spanish Association of Management and Development of People (AEDIPE). I have been Director of People Services at CaixaBank Operational Services, providing people management services to CaixaBank Group companies from 2018 until 2021. From 1999 to 2018 People Director of VidaCaixa and Head of Training, CaixaBank Insurance Group, leader in insurance.
