Lucia Halty holds a PhD in Psychology and teaches criminal and forensic psychology at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (UPCM).

Lucía Halty’s main lines of research revolve around child and adolescent psychopathy and neuroscience, personality and criminal profiling and the application of neuroscience to forensic contexts.

She has created the app Sperantia, an application that connects people who require psychological counseling with a specialist anonymously.
