Rosa Ortí Lladró is a sociologist and political scientist. She holds a Master in Political Science from the UAB and a Master in Market Research & Consumer Behaviour from the Instituto de Empresa.

She is currently working on business consulting projects in which she uses Behavioral Economics as a diagnostic and design tool.

His clients belong to different sectors (insurance, transport, energy, public sector…) and focus on different targets (end customer, employee, supplier…). What they have in common is that they are always projects that revolve around understanding human behavior and improving the experience in their relationship with organizations.
