Consultant for more than 17 years for several United Nations agencies, he currently works as an advisor, coach and lecturer, has written 7 titles among which are some published by Editorial Norma and Santillana on negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership. Although he is of Colombian nationality, he is currently the Delegate of the Fundación Universitaria Behavior & Law for Guatemala.
