About Carmen Feijóo
Carmen Feijoo is a law enforcement officer with 32 years of experience working as Guardia Civil.
She is also an AVSEC trainer certified by the Civil Aviation Authority in Spain (AESA), has a five-year university degree in clinical psychology and a master’s degree in forensic psychology. Carmen has experience as a negotiator for crisis situations and a PhD in Psychology.
Carmen Feijóo is head of the Behaviour Detection Group at Madrid airport and responsible for the ICARO project (Identification of Anomalous Behaviour and Operative Response).
