About Federico Balsani

Federico Balsani holds a degree in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Public Administration Management from Bocconi University of Milan.

Federico Balsani has 15 years of experience in public sector management, highlighting his work at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, first as responsible for the management of ministerial assets and since 2018 as director of the administrative coordination center for Spain and Portugal based in Madrid.

His professional career has allowed him to activate and develop in the public sector numerous pioneering projects based on the application of Behavioral Economics, both in the field of workplace, team management and negotiation, obtaining recognitions in the field of innovation programs of the Italian Public Administration.
