Biography
Tomi Lennart Wahlström is currently the Director of the Covey Academy at Covenant House Alaska and was previously the Provost and Chief Academic Officer of United States Sports University. He frequently writes on issues related to management and leadership, with special interest in strategic management and organizational behavior.
He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Management and teaches a wide variety of courses at several different universities. He is an Executive Leadership Coach with the CEO Institute and has taught in higher education since 1997, at 23 different universities and colleges. In addition, he has provided a variety of consulting services and owned three consulting firms, as well as working as a clinician in behavioral health for ten years.

Tomi Wahlström received his Doctor of Management degree from Colorado Technical University in 1997. He also received an MA in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University in 1992 and an MS in Instructional Design from Saint Leo University in 2015, and attended two different doctoral programs in clinical psychology.
