Dr. Craig S. McClellan is a scholar of leadership, organizational behavior, and institutional development whose academic career has focused on understanding how individuals and organizations achieve sustained excellence through evidence-based leadership and strategic decision-making.

His professional experience combines university teaching, research, consulting, and organizational development, with particular emphasis on leadership, institutional performance, organizational culture, and decision-making. His research explores how behavioral factors influence organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership in complex institutional environments.

Areas of expertise

Dr. McClellan teaches in the Master of Science in Psychology of Negotiation, where he examines leadership, organizational behavior, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making from a behavioral science perspective. He also contributes to the Master of Science in Sustainability, exploring responsible leadership, governance, organizational transformation, and the behavioral foundations of sustainable institutions.
