Biography — Anisha Singh

Anisha Singh is faculty in the Master in Behavioral Economics at Evidentia University of Behavioral and Forensic Sciences. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Her academic training is interdisciplinary: a Bachelor of Economics from Singapore Management University and a Master of Science in Social Cognition from University College London (UCL). For more than a decade she has designed and tested behavioral interventions for international development, with a focus on the Global South. She served as Vice President at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Kenya, was Practitioner-in-Residence at MIT GOV/LAB, contributed at IFMR LEAD in India, and lectured on Behavioral Experiments for International Development at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. Her work has centered on creating new evidence about behavioral mechanisms and policy-relevant interventions in low- and middle-income contexts.
