Biography — Sara Isaac

Sara Isaac is faculty in the Master in Behavioral Economics at Evidentia University of Behavioral and Forensic Sciences. She is Director of Strategy and Planning at Marketing for Change, a U.S.-based social-impact consultancy that applies behavioral science to public health, environmental, civic and equity challenges. She also serves as Director for Partnerships at the League of Women Voters.

Her academic training combines international relations, behavioral science and applied social marketing. She holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS, 1985-1987), and a Bachelor's from the University of California, Davis (1979-1983). Her work focuses on the design of evidence-based behavioral interventions in the public interest — "applying behavioral science to do good better", in her own words. At Evidentia her teaching draws on more than three decades of practice translating behavioral research into measurable public-sector and nonprofit outcomes.
