In this course you will acquire different leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, innovation and effective communication. You will also learn how to better manage teams in virtual environments through the basic principles, the skills they need and the management of virtual projects.

How it works

The student will have a series of video classes where different teachers offer the content of the course. In addition, there will be a series of study and complementary materials for a complete learning.

Requirements to Pass the course

To succesfully pass the course, students are required to achieve the following minimum requirements:

  • All questionnaires must be passed.
    (Questionnaires represent 50% of the final score).
  • Final Activity must be passed.
    (Final activity represent 50% of the final score).
  • Final score must be 7/10 (or highter) to get the Certificate of Completion.
