Biography

Dr. Will Rivers is a professor of Data Science, Business Agility, and Data Governance. He holds a PMP certification and is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience in senior roles across the financial, telecommunications, and automotive industries. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep passion for data governance, organizational agility, and leveraging data to drive business success.

In addition to his leadership experience, he has had the privilege of teaching data analytics at Webster University since 2018, where he focuses on machine learning algorithms and on helping students develop practical skills that are essential in today's data-driven world. He is also a certified PMP, CSPO, and SafeAgilist, among others, and continuously seeks ways to stay at the cutting edge of emerging trends in data and technology. He is passionate about helping organizations improve their data management practices by aligning both the technology and the people who work with it.
